MOS Cafe (Takashimaya)

Told staff I wanted fries instead of onion rings and they forgot. Second time I went to them to tell them they didn’t give me any cutlery and serviette, the staff looked at me with daggers in their eyes. Totally lacking in customer service.

Food at Mos Cafe is extremely expensive like twice the price at a Mos Burger outlet. Further there’s no mustard sauce here, and the beef patty in the burger had an unpleasant smell like it was gone off. Would not recommend this expensive place with unpleasant food and service. I don’t think Mos Cafe should exist. Mos Burger is 100000x better.

This was my second time I tried any different kind of burger with lemon tea

The chicken in the curry gravy was overcooked and dry. They could have really forgo that chicken from the gravy and left it as a veg curry gravy. The chicken cutlet was nice, close in texture and taste to the mos chicken drumstick.

Did you know? You can get a Wagyu Tower Burger with Cheese ($9.25) below $10 easily at Mos Cafè! Fluffy buns with two thick and relatively moist beef patties stacked with lettuce and tomatoes, and the unassuming ham that sandwiched in between the patties added a savoury touch to the burger. 😘 It might not be as luxurious or as sumptuous. But the wallet-friendly price tag for a satisfying and healthier choice of tower burger, I'm in! 😄
