Menya Musashi (Bugis Junction)

The char is good but the broth is way too salty for my liking.

A bowl of Heart warming broth char shiu ramen for lunch is so good on a cool morning.

Tried the Gyu Katsu today. Huge disappointment! The coating is not evenly distributed and the beef is not tender. The video playing outside the restaurant shows how the dish is made. In the video, looks exactly like the dish I had in Japan. But what they offer is far from the standard! And another ramen we tried, the portion of pork belly is much less than what they show in their pictures. I feel deceived.

The ramens were nice and flavourful. Would come back again for some good and affordable ramen 👍🏻

Surprisingly their festive bundle meal still available so ordered this one. Come with huge pieces of juicy grilled pork. The bundle meal also included gyoza, drink and dessert for $21.90++

One can opt for more noodles (up to 5x more!) as no extra cost. Thick noodles dipped in chosen mildly spicy Red soup base. Yaki-pork was chunky and didnt help with the chewing given it was quite dry.
