The angus mushroom supreme tasted better than expected with chunky sliced mushrooms that added juciness to the burger. My own verdict on the salted egg yolk fries from @mcdsg is to eat it without expecting that it’s salted egg yolk. Tasted more like just cheese fries with a hint of salted egg. It may have been better as a salted egg shaker fries. Also tried the haha cheong gai drumlets (+$2.40). The prawn paste flavour was almost nonexistent though as fried chicken, this is still decent.
Mcdonalds' Nasi Lemak Burger ($5.95)
Fastest fingers first! The chicken patty had a different seasoning from the usual mcspicy and was reminiscent of local spices. The sambal should be spicier and mixed together with some ikanbilis to complete the flavours. Overall decent but I wouldn't miss it when it's gone!
Loved the bits of Oreo within the drink which gave it an additional chocolatey crunch!
