Came in on a Wednesday night, place was busy but not full. Nice warm lighting and cozy environment. Greeted by our friendly server who was more than happy to give recommendations on their best sellers.
Ordered a baby squid and jalapeno appetiser to start it off. Really enjoyed the "Lao Gan Ma Aioli" that came with the squid, must-try if you are planning to get an appetiser.
For my own main, was recommended the wagyu burger instead of the steak. Did not disappoint at all. The fries were average but the burger was juicy and packed full of flavour from the wagyu patty. Buns were solid but fluffy on the inside.
Got a brownie dessert to end off the meal, was lowkey my favourite dish from here. The chocolatey goodness and melt in your mouth texture of the brownie topped off the meal perfectly. Will be back!
I recently dined at Market Bistro and loved the experience. I started with the fried baby squid, which lived up to its rave reviews. It was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and came with this delicious chilli sauce.
For the main course, I had the wagyu burger. The patty was juicy, tender, and full of rich flavour, complemented perfectly by a fragrant toasted bun. It’s easily one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while.
I ended with the Baked Alaska, a delicious dessert with perfectly torched meringue and creamy layers of ice cream and sponge cake underneath. It was a sweet and satisfying way to finish the meal. Highly recommend it!
I recently dined at Market Bistro and had a fantastic experience. The duck confit was equally impressive; it was beautifully tender and flavourful. For dessert, I indulged in the Baked Alaska, which was a perfect ending to a wonderful meal. Overall, Market Bistro offers a delicious and memorable dining experience with its rich dishes and impeccable service. Highly recommended!

Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Food was great too so would definitely recommend! This is what we ordered:
Fried Brussel Sprouts: really crispy, good mix of sweet and salty and this was really good!
Ribeye: ordered a medium and it was cooked really well, it was tender and delicious
Duck Confit: Duck was also really good, enjoyed the sweet potato mash the most!
Chocolate Brownie: chocolate was very rich and this was very enjoyable
Had the steak and fries with the deep fried baby squid as a starter. Both were delicious! Also really enjoyed the baked Alaska.
