Though I did like the crispy tadyang concept with lettuce wraps, some of the beef was overfried: some parts were going bitter.
We enjoyed the crispy crablets as they were indeed crispy, newly cooked and seasoned right.
The mango salad was overdressed, overwhelming the leaves, and the dressing needed a contrast of tartness. This was only sweet without the sourness to balance the dish better.
I enjoyed the sotanghon because of the flavor and toppingd, though the noodles were a tad overcooked.
The sauce for the fried tilapia was good - a different take on sweet and sour sauce as they made theirs with buko. However, the plapla itself was not good. It tasted mossy, the fish itself.
A crispy take on a favorite Pinoy classic. Needs improvement on the peanut sauce and bagoong alamang.
