My to favorite food ingredients in one amazing, simple, pasta dish.
I enjoyed the sotanghon because of the flavor and toppingd, though the noodles were a tad overcooked.
One of their best sellers for the simplicity of aglio olio pasta with sardines. Lose the cheese though.
The smokiness of the sausage really flavored the tomato sauce well. It was lacking the piece of bread so we can wipe the remaining sauce ofd the plate.
For the price, we were surprised with the serving size. This was a good choice indeed.
Imagine, this was served as a side!! Tender lamb, olives, tomatoes topping al dense spaghetti.
I like the fact that it had garlic and cilantro, both favorites, which was the reason I ordered it. The garlic was slightly burnt though, so I was disappointed in this meal. Plus, it was surprisingly spicy. I like spicy food, but this may cause further dissatisfaction with other customers as the menu missed out on saying it was spicy.
The pasta was classic, mushrooms and prosciutto in cream. Infused with truffle oil. Simple yet decadent at the same time.
My favorite pancit topped with shrimp, eggs, tinapa flakes, crushed chicharon, fried garlic, and scallions. Yum!
I was hoping it had more veggies. But, what they lacked in veggies they made up with shrimp and meat.
Very rich and creamy. Noodles slightly overcooked. Searched in vain for bacon, nada. Not enough truffle flavor.
