Could be more crisp.
I can eat this all day.
Had a hint of cumin to make a difference.
One of the best crispy kangkong dishes I've tasted. The leaves were not damp, not crushed, the batter was not oily. Yummy.
Though I did like the crispy tadyang concept with lettuce wraps, some of the beef was overfried: some parts were going bitter.
We enjoyed the crispy crablets as they were indeed crispy, newly cooked and seasoned right.
The pork confit was too sweet for me.
Tender squid. Breading is a little bit too "bready." Cocktail sauce seems like the store-bought kind.
These chips are divine. Lightly salted homemade chips drizzled in truffle oil.
These are the most luxurious fries indeed. Topped with melted asiago and truffle salt.
Merguez, Chorizo de Bilbao, Guava Confit, Balsamic Syrup
I'm still on the fence on this, if it's something I like or not. At least it wasn't oily. But the fries were definitely not the best.
