Seafood Galore
The right amount of spice. Shrimp a little overcooked.
Good seafood-y broth.
Too much batter, not enough pepper. But cooked just right.
The cod (thank God not Dory) was slightly overcooked for my taste, and the batter on the heavier side. The truffle mayo though is amazing.
Tender and garlicky. Yum.
The sauce for the fried tilapia was good - a different take on sweet and sour sauce as they made theirs with buko. However, the plapla itself was not good. It tasted mossy, the fish itself.
Simple and tender with garlic.
Now this is the biggest steal from them all!!! Grilled Norwegian salmon fillet in lemon, butter and caper sauce.
I wouldn't have thought it can still be topped with lemon caper sauce despite it being so affordable.
Salmon cooked in Greek wine, with side of lemon sauce.
Tender barbecued squid stuffed with tomatoes and onions.
Orange salt, champagne cream, lumpfish caviar duet. The fish was flakey and moist, went perfectly with the champagne tones and salty caviar.
