Topped with Tamagoyaki, Shredded Cheese, Purple Japanese Sweet Potato ( love this!), Grilled Chicken Strips and Ebiko along with Tempura Crunch Sprinkles, Smoky Cheddar Cheese Sauce and Smoked Duck Special. I love my roll in a savory manner where I would go for this combination again. Not the healthiest sushi roll but oh well, at least it is a happy roll for me ..
