Renegade sirloin, a highly flavorful lean and juicy cut of steak expertly grilled to perfection. My medium doneness steak was cook nicely with a nice seared on the surface and pink in the center. Serving on a warm plate along with 2 sides of your choice and unlimited honey wheat bread.
I love the sauce however it would be better if some greens can be added ... healthier mah!
