I tried the peanut butter french toast, curry mix and match (beef tripe and fishballs), borscht soup with scrambled egg and french toast, roasted char siew and scrambled egg on rice, braised fresh prawn and glass noodle with garlic and hk style milk tea. the taste of the peanut in the french toast is strong, and complements well with the syrup provided. it is also not too eggy like other french toasts. the beef tripe in the curry was chewy, yet not too tough. however, i wish a bit more curry was given. the borscht soup tasted like a standard minestrone soup but the scrambled egg and crispy toast really elevated the dish. the roasted char siew was tender and the sauce and scrambled egg really complemented the dish. it was my favourite out of all the dishes. the prawns were flavourful and cooked to perfection, complementing the soft and chewy glass noodles well. lastly, the milk tea was thick and i liked it. one thing to note is that the staff didn't inform us about the last order (which other places usually do) so just order before their last order timing! all in all i would come here again to try their bolo bun.

Great place to try out if you are in the CBD area. Tried the Morning Glory, Charred Corn Som Tom, Burnt Butter Cabbage, Green Curry (Roasted Duck) 'Moo Ping' Smoked Pork Ribs, French Poulet, Seafood Thai Fried Rice, Thai Iced Milk Tea and Sabai. I liked the sauce which complemented the taste of the kang kong in Morning Glory. It was different from the usual sambal kang kong so it is worth a try. The Charred Corn Som Tom exceeded my expectations in terms of the depth and variety of taste. Sweetness of the corn and papaya, combined with the sourness of the sauce was such a good complement. The Burnt Butter Cabbage was pretty mid and thus didn't stand out as much as the other dishes. The curry was spicy enough to be enjoyed, yet it didn't mask the other ingredients in the curry, which makes it a well balanced green curry which tasted very flavourful. The duck was also not dry, but didn't stand out too much, making the curry the main character of the dish. The pork ribs were really tender and delicious. The sauce goes really well with the pork ribs. Also, there was crispy rice served along with it and I thought it was cute. The chicken in the French Poulet was nice too, but I think I preferred the pork ribs more. I strongly recommend trying the Charred Corn Som Tom and the Moo Ping Smoked Pork Ribs. The Thai Iced Milk Tea was sweet and milky enough, although I think the tea taste could be a bit stronger. The Sabai tasted fruity and was delicious, which I enjoyed. I think it would be great for those who don't enjoy a strong alcohol taste. All in all, the food and the service was really great!

i tried the sake of the week (dry), sapporo draft beer, nikka from the barrel, akebono umeshu white label, and kaki fry. the sake was flavourful but a bit strong for my liking so i think it will suit people with stronger tastebuds better... i should have asked for a lighter sake instead. the sapporo draft beer on the other hand, was lighter in taste and less gassy so i really liked it. the whiskey was also pretty nice but what stood out to me the most was the umeshu (and also the sake). the umeshu was sweet and smooth, making it palatable for those who are beginners in japanese alcohol. as someone who had tried alcohol in japan before, i really recommend trying the umeshu! the oysters were pretty nice too but i think their specialty is in alcohol so i think the standard of the food is still quite okay. all in all it is a really lovely environment to drink with work friends after work

I tried the ribs with Alabama White Sauce and Fudgy Brownie. I really recommend the ribs as it was really tender and fell apart from the bone easily. I enjoyed how the sauce complements the ribs. The fries were crispy and the buttered corn was pretty standard. The brownies, however, were on the drier side and not fudgy. All in all, I recommend the ribs!

I tried both the prawn noodle soup and ngoh hiang tasting platter. Both portions were worth the price. For the prawn noodle soup, the broth had a really great depth in flavour and it was one of the best I ever had. As for the prawn, it was large and the shells were easy to peel off. For the ngoh hiang platter, the items were really crispy and complemented the sauce. However, I felt it could be a bit less oily. All in all I recommend this place!

fried squid - really crispy, and the 2 layered sauce complemented the food really well! the sauces had a good combination of spiciness and the tanginess
steak frites - the fries were really crispy and the steak was cooked nicely (medium rare). again, the sauce complememted the steak well
duck confit - sweet potato puree was really creamy and tied the duck and the beans together along with the sauce. the duck was cooked to perfection and moist
really recommend this place!
