📍Cedele Bakery Kitchen, Greenwich V
This is my mum’s go to and I know the reason why. We love almost everything at Cedele and this is no exception: the quinoa is fluffy and moist, the seabass is tasty and tender, and the pumpkin is so yummy too!

📍Guzman Y Gomez, Funan
Onions!!!!! Loved the nachos! But meh overall.

📍Cedele, Greenwich V
Note to self - try something else next time. Leaves a bad aftertaste nowadays.

Yummy and very sweet for some reason.

📍BOTANY, Robertson Quay
Decent but pricey. Nothing outstanding but not disappoint either.

Old favourite. Open to trying something new though!

Very yummy but honestly, the only thing I would order from this place.

📍The Social Space, Kreta Ayer
Would have liked a bit more dressing sauce as the toast was quite dry. Been a while since I had sourdough so I quite enjoyed it, and the eggplant-miso-tomato combination was indeed yummy!

📍Privé, Jewel
The salmon was quite salty. Didn’t like the mustard cream sauce though. The couscous was decent. Overall a so-so meal that I wouldn’t order again.

📍The Halia, Botanic Garden
This photo definitely doesn’t do the food justice. The Halia, which means ginger in Malay, tries to incorporate ginger into some of their dishes, and this is one of their signatures. Served in a ginger soy broth alongside Japanese rice, the halibut filet itself is mild-tasting and not overpowering. It does taste slightly like cod? Overall a nice, light dish but not my favourite — too much green onion?

📍The Halia, Botanic Gardens
This dish is much raved about and it does live up to its reputation! True to its name, the sauce is spicy and sweet and the same time (more sweet than spicy, even I could handle it) with generous portions of crabmeat.

📍 Sarnies, Telok Ayer
Wouldn’t have come if not for a Burpple 1-1 deal ($9.50) but quite a satisfying lunch with good portions of cauliflower. I liked the addition of hummus, pomegranate seeds and pistachio nuts; however the salmon tasted a little strange to me.
