🍫 Chocolate Lava Cake ($10.90) - The chocolate cake was thick and rich, although it was not flowy or molten enough for my liking. Despite that, the taste was still pretty good.

The pastry was flaky, buttery, and crispy, and filled with generous amount of matcha cream, making every bite a burst of oozing matcha goodness.

Recently tried out New Deli Bakery and was impressed with their pastries. Everything was handmade fresh daily and you could really taste the difference in the flaky, buttery, and crispy texture.

The name says it all - it had a nice aroma of herbs and garlic which added a nice depth of flavour, while the melted smoked cheddar gave it a satisfying earthy taste.

Guys, y'all gotta get this cake. It simply taste heavenly. Such elegant, royal and exquisite beauty will only make you crave for more.
Sweet and juicy pear jelly layered inside delicate, light & airy pear mousse with yuzu encased within almond sponge base. Then, decorated with luscious Japanese La France pear compote with yuzu ganache and a touch of yuzu zest to induce a citrus aroma.

Hehe.🤭 The Original($3.50)👍 Oyster Puff was packed with 2 whole pieces of oyster, flavourful and juicy minced meat, chucks of shrimps and chive in a crispy outer and gooey inner batter and topped with crunchy peanuts. They come with an option of Without Oyster($3.50)👌 for those who like the puff but not the oysters.
Chive hater or Kimchi lover can look forward to the Kimchi($3.50)👌 flavour to ride on a taste of new adventure. It only consists of Kimchi, Oysters and shrimps.
Pure meat lover may want to eat their Meat Only($3.80)😋 puff where literally the whole puff was bursting of succulent minced meat and little chive. Damn Shiok and so filling!
For the elegant refined tastebud and seafood enthusiasts, Scallop($4)😋 oyster puff will be a great selection to have. So gooey, tender and oceanic.

Yummy fluffy cake with raspberry chantilly, vanilla Soufflé sponge, Raspberry bits and light yuzu mousse. Sweet and citrusy at the same time. Real good. We like it.

Thick Lychee sponge cake layered with Mango curd and lychee bits in between, frost with light mango buttercream and decorated with lychee balls & macarons.
Decent tasting and best to have a small slice of it to avoid the over jelakness from the buttercream. The sponge was nicely flavoured with lychee but was kinda dry too. The mango curd in between is the saving grace that brings some refreshness to this pretty but dull tasting cake.
