Bolognese crepe which was packed with wholesome ingredients such as minced veal, beef/pork bolognese and gruyere, cheddar and egg turns out to be my favourite order.

The burnt caramel crepe with butter is a more back to basics offering that is drenched in burnt caramel with a slab of butter. A sweet treat.

crispy tart crust & light yet zesty custard filling — nuff said, my monday is made! relatively new patisserie but really cozy, affordable and owners radiate such positive energy 💛

My go to dessert flavour is chocolate, but I went out on a limb here to get the 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙤 𝙋𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙡𝙤 𝙏𝙖𝙧𝙩 (~$8.50) and being a risk taker does pay off! 🤣

It’s tangy, milky, slightly thick and nutty. The marriage of sour from the mango pomelo lime compote, sweetness from the mango pops, and rich floral flavour of the coconut is a good one.🥥

I love Kura’s play on textures here (similar to their La Vie En Rose), with the coconut crispy flakes providing a slightly resistant bite. 🍮

I only wish the sponge layer was more mousse like and airy though, it did come across a bit heavy.

Feel like the standard has dropped a lot, the pancakes was quite a disappointment

Mother Dough has been on my list of bakeries to try for the longest time! Snagged a few and they proved delightful. The banana walnut bread ($4) was a hefty slice, moist and packed with chopped nuts! The cookie ($3) was a crowd favourite - crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside and chock full of melted chocolate with a sprinkle of sea salt. I’d head back just for this!! Lastly, the rye fudge brownie ($5.50) was perhaps my least favourite of the lot - it was on the dry side and crumbly, lacking the rich flavour I’d expect from a fudge brownie.

Tried a cup of their house blend (Pen & Pencil) and a cup of their single origin (Lufa Papua New Guinea), and my vote goes to the...houseblend! Love the strong rich aromatic nutty flavour that complemented the milkiness beautifully, and it was really a good cup of coffee! Nice chill ambience with decent brunch food but skip their pastries!

I hesitated a lot before deciding to order this croissant. I was quite unwilling to pay $10 for it and hence i searched high and low for a picture of it on Google, in hopes that someone would share their food opinion on it. Well, i couldn't find any and after pondering over it for 2 weeks, i decided to order it. (Its Covid, so i had to GrabFood).

I think it tasted great, the laksa gravy was *gao* and there were legit slices of fish cake inside. Overall, i think its worth a try. Eat it while its hot!

Find respite from the hustle and bustle of town in this all-white minimalistic cafe. Treat yourself to their V60 Filter Coffee ($8) brewed with interesting, seasonal beans. Otherwise, kick back with a foolproof White ($5.50) or refreshing Iced Black ($5.50). Get $0.50 off your coffee if you bring your own cup or a $1 off if you use a Glyph-branded tumbler!

A cosy study cafe at Laselle with pretty good food!!! Got this mushroom chicken chop that was satisfying - served with GOOD fries with bbq seasoning, good mushroom sauce on the grilled chicken and coleslaw :-) nothing to pick on what a wholesome meal

This was pretty eye-opening and I’ve always loved cereal milk as a flavour, be it in ice cream or in cakes so I don’t know how it never occurred to me that I could use it for coffee! I loved how it was slighty oat-y and had a bit more of a creamy mouthfeel than if normal milk was used. Towards the end of the drink, you can definitely taste the cereal notes more prominently!

These little donut balls came out straight from their kitchen, fluffy and light 🤗 Liked how it was fun-sized yet huge enough to finish under a few bites! The filling was not as sweet too 👍🏻 Preferred the Plain custard and nutella flavours over the blueberry, raspberry and mixed berries flavours 😋
