My go to dessert flavour is chocolate, but I went out on a limb here to get the 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙤 𝙋𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙡𝙤 𝙏𝙖𝙧𝙩 (~$8.50) and being a risk taker does pay off! 🤣

It’s tangy, milky, slightly thick and nutty. The marriage of sour from the mango pomelo lime compote, sweetness from the mango pops, and rich floral flavour of the coconut is a good one.🥥

I love Kura’s play on textures here (similar to their La Vie En Rose), with the coconut crispy flakes providing a slightly resistant bite. 🍮

I only wish the sponge layer was more mousse like and airy though, it did come across a bit heavy.
