This is the nearest I can get to replace my grad trip to Japan this summer~ 😆Visiting Hvala has always been a norm for me, either their takeout at 313 Somerset basement or dine-in at Orchard/Chijmes, and I'm glad that their quality remains ☺️

🍵Matcha Hojicha Latte ($5.80++)

These little donut balls came out straight from their kitchen, fluffy and light 🤗 Liked how it was fun-sized yet huge enough to finish under a few bites! The filling was not as sweet too 👍🏻 Preferred the Plain custard and nutella flavours over the blueberry, raspberry and mixed berries flavours 😋

Petit Pain is a small batch bakery since Aug 2019 is located in Katong, 315 Joo Chiat Rd, ran by the 2 owners who was an ex-Artisan Boulangerie Co. Baker. Expect to spot snaking long queues and croissants being sold out fast by pre-ordering for the next batch 😱👍🏻

Not entirely my best shot cos I can't wait to bite into it and yay this is indeed one of the best tasting croissants in Singapore!! 🤤 Pain Au Chocolat ($3.50) 🥐 had a darker & crispy crust on the outside, flakey top and still a buttery goodness even though it turned cold. 😋

Raisin Scones [$3.50] for tea break!! Huge portion, nice and warm but slightly dry to my liking, so it’s really good pairing with the butter provided. Also, it’s quite rare to see cafes in SG offering scones these days esp after my trip to Korea @ Layered Cafe early this Jan which sells really great scones 😋

As featured, this was one of their delicate looking dessert, Lactée — The puffed rice base was crunchy and I especially love the milk chocolate mousse 😋
And if you are a tea lover, you might love to pair it with the Kebaya Blue Tea by @ettetea 😉 For me, it was really unique so I guess my tastebuds weren’t used to it 👍🏻😬 Drop by and you might even get to meet the founder of their unique tea selections @teakopek, like me 🤗
