Patiently waited through the whole Cb to have this, and thankfully the 𝙁𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙪𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝘼𝙡 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙤 (~$32.90) is absolutely worth the wait. 🍝

The crab meat chunks were huge and tender, generously blanketing the sheets of carbs. With a al dente squid ink pasta that held on to the right amount of creamy tomato base, I wish I ordered one for myself instead of sharing 🦑🦑

After all the fomo-ing, ya girl finally got to try the 𝙐𝙣𝙞 𝘽𝙪𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙁𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙪𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙚(~$32), and HnnNNGgG. With glorious, creamy uni butteriness coating every surface of your mouth, I not-so-subtly went for seconds (and thirds) 🍝

The smooth pasta caressed my tongue, and the soft chunks of sweet sweeeet shrimp only made the bite of the pasta stand out more. 🍤

Also a huge hit was their 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙣 𝙋𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙖 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙆𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙣𝙨(~$18+$6): huge sweet and grilled king prawns in a white wine bisque. I didn’t even mind having the pasta soggy after the 15 min ride home 😝🤎

Ngl I’ve been avoiding dabaoing pastas bc I’m paranoid they’d get soggy, but not Beurre’s 𝙆𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙣 𝙇𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙪𝙞𝙣𝙚 (~$13.95 aft 50% disc). An Asian spin on pastas, this XO sauce pasta retained its umami flavour and spotlighted the hei bi hiam aroma of the King Prawns. Accompanied by caviar, baby squids, and ebi, this was hands down THE pasta.🍤🍤

I’m a sucker for proper plating even in takeaway containers, which is exactly what the 𝙐𝙢𝙖𝙢𝙞 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣 𝙇𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙪𝙞𝙣𝙚 (~$12.45 aft disc) was. Tomato based pink sauce doused the al dente linguine, creating a strong flavour canvas for the juicy grilled chicken.🍝🍗
