Letโ€™s talk about the ๐™Ž๐™ฅ๐™š๐™˜๐™ž๐™–๐™ก ๐™๐™ค๐™ฃ๐™ ๐™ค๐™ฉ๐™จ๐™ช ๐™๐™–๐™ข๐™š๐™ฃ (~$17) The meaty slices of chashu soaked up every bit of the creamy, non oily and robust broth: a textural and flavour filled meaty mouthful. ๐Ÿฅณ

The ramen egg: gooey though not the most well done, I gobbled this up with the stringy Long ramen noodles. Oh boi.๐Ÿœ

Truly unbeatable value for ramen. Buta Kinโ€™s ๐™Š๐™ง๐™ž๐™œ๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™–๐™ก ๐™๐™ค๐™ฃ๐™ ๐™–๐™ฉ๐™จ๐™ช ๐™๐™–๐™ข๐™š๐™ฃ (~$7.90) isnโ€™t your usual heavy-pork broth style, opting for a lighter, smoother (cleaner?) base.

I didnโ€™t have high expectations considering how I just happened to walk past this, but the char on the cha shu was well done, emphasising the lean meat while contrasting the fatty bits. ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿœ

Equally as impressive was the ramen egg, though not perfect, the yolk was gooey through ๐Ÿฅบ

Itโ€™s not the best esp the broth, but at this price point, definitely worth checking out.

Perhaps the ๐™Š๐™ง๐™ž๐™œ๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™–๐™ก ๐™๐™ค๐™ฃ๐™ ๐™ค๐™ฉ๐™จ๐™ช ๐™ฌ๐™ž๐™ฉ๐™ ๐™–๐™ก๐™ก ๐™ฉ๐™ค๐™ฅ๐™ฅ๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ๐™จ(~$14.90) was affordable given the generosity of ingredients, but this just wasnโ€™t up my alley.

The aburi pork belly wasnโ€™t as fatty as I expected, and the broth was too heavy and creamy for my liking. Put together with heavier ingredients, it got quite tiring to stomach and even taste halfway through the meal. I found myself adding a lot of the free flow corn to โ€˜breakโ€™ the heaviness of the ramen๐ŸŒฝ .
The Chashu was a surprise: huge and really lean, which I liked ๐Ÿœ .For the price and the ingredients, I canโ€™t complain much, but I canโ€™t say the same for the service: disappointing and unaccomodating.

Dry ramen?? ๐Ÿ˜ Braised Pork Cha Shu Mazesoba (~$14.80) was a mixture of flavours, but the one that stood out to me the most was the umami flavour sauce, coating the ramen so generously ๐Ÿœ ๐Ÿคค

Ramen noodles were thick, bouncy and chewy, which complimented the lean braised pork and chashu well! However I thought the chashu and pork was pretty dry and at times slightly tough ๐Ÿ–

Unagi Udon (~$16.90): would pass on this bc this is Super normal..... probably the average unagi don you can have anywhere ๐Ÿ™‚

Spicy Ramen Set (~$18) came with Gyoza filled with mushrooms ๐Ÿœ๐ŸฅŸ Imo preferred this vegetarian gyoza to your normal Chinese style gyoza, and this says something considering imma veggie hater ๐Ÿ˜› Ramen wasnโ€™t that unique, and the attempt at charshu was okay but nothing like the actual thing, since it didnโ€™t have the โ€˜melt in your mouthโ€™ texture โ˜น๏ธ

Spicy Lobster Ramen (~$21.90) was huge bowl of ramen, shrimp dumplings, lobster balls, minced meat, Cha shu and ramen eggs ๐Ÿคค

Chashu was really fatty throughout and the RAMEN EGGS!!!!! Done so well, flavourful, gooey and wobbly on the inside ๐Ÿณ๐Ÿฅš Also I rlly like how Keisuke has free flow white and brown eggs! ๐Ÿ˜‹

Broth was honestly a lil jelak halfway and it was too salty for my liking so Iโ€™d recommend sharing this!
