Such a belated post despite being here many times. Would always order their seasonal items whenever they are available so that we can try more variety of their burgers and fries. Love their seasonal aioli series and waiting for it to be back on the menu. If not will usually order the smoke shack, cheese fries and malted caramel shake.

Ordered the mix so can choose from classic, dark choco and strawberry. Classic is the hot one while dark chocolate and strawberry are chilled. Prefer classic followed by dark choco and lastly strawberry.Next time I think I might just order the classic ones and try with their sauce dips.

Ordered the duck confit with coriander rice and Argentinian pasta. Portions are on the smaller side but the food is yummy and I utilised entertainer 1-1. Food served quite fast on a Sunday night, but place is quite noisy as seats are quite close together. I would still want to go again to try the others on the menu as I find them rather interesting.

Usually order Shiokoji chicken and can I say that I love love love their range of free flow salads,egg and desserts. Will usually leave the place feeling very full but do not feel very sinful as the salads are healthy,nice and refreshing.

Amazed with the chicken skewers ($18) and also their oven roasted potatoes ($6). Marinated octopus ($26) is less worth in my opinion, for the portion and texture wise (not tender enough)
Restaurant has very chill vibes with nice views.

Finally tried the highly raved about eclairs and I think they live up to the good reviews. However the eclairs are on the pricier side but I’ll still buy with 25% off on hsbc entertainer. Flavours tried
1) ispahan
2) vanilla & caramelised pecans
3) pistachio and strawberries
4) salted caramel
5) lychee white peach

Love 1) and 2) best and 5) I think is worth skipping as it is less wow compared to others

Had the australia rib eye steak with natural jus sauce (if I rmb correctly)and i’m so in love with it. It is juicy and tender,despite us ordering the medium well doneness.

Also ordered the tiger prawns and ebi capellini and truffle fries which are decent but less wow as compared to the steak.

However, it was even more affordable with HSBC 1 for 1 entertainer. The staff are courteous and helpful despite being busy on a Sunday night. Will definitely go again to try the highly raved about duck confit.

Have tried its usual tonkatsu broth,green king and black king. So far,black king is my favourite as the broth is fragrant with garlic and the best thing is that the teeth is not stained like other squid ink pasta. It becomes a usual ramen go-to place whenever at suntec area. Furthermore,there’s free flow beansprouts and 梅菜 to go with your ramen,which I think is a great addition.

Best thing is you can personalise your ramen in terms of noodle hardness,how flavourful the soup is,spring onion or cabbage,spicy level.

The burpple set is Super worth given the portion and most importantly it is very delicious. From the salad,soup,yakitori sides to the mains. Ordered BP2 for our mains as I’m a fan of mentaiko. Would surely go back again for more.

Ordered the set lunch on fri at the newly opened outlet at 100am. As a fan of their omu rice, I ordered the omu rice lunch set,but instead of the usual brown sauce,it comes with creamy mushroom and ham sauce. I would still prefer the brown sauce but in my opinion the set lunch is still worthwhile and great in taste. Ended the lunch with a grape tart which is again so satisfying:)Also,am always appreciative of their staff at the outlets which I’ve been to so far which is attentive and courteous.

Had the 6 course lunch set. Personally prefer the soup,starter and mains. Had grilled mushroom steak in the picture for mains and personally love the truffle mashed potato best. Overall,it’s a nice place for a celebratory occasion and the staff there is very friendly.

2nd time at Porta and always satisfied with their food. The menu is different this time round but still the food never fail to surprise me, from the nice plating to the tastes.

With burpple beyond’s 1 for 1,it’s even more worthwhile. Will definitely come back again:)
