I opt for large hand stretched thin crust

The laksa sauce is generously slathered on top of each ingredients as I got to taste the fragrant spicy hae bee (dried shrimp) flavour in every bite
.
And the cheese added the chewiness and tone down the spiciness of the laksa sauce
.
So far in my opinion, it’s the better version of the Laksa pizza

Thin crust pizza slathered with homemade laksa sauce (coconut milk and lemongrass sauce), topped with generous portions of prawns, mussels, squid, clams, quail eggs, fried beancurd (tau pok) and sprinkled with laksa leaves

As soon as the laksa pizza arrived at my table, I got a strong coconuty and lemongrass fragrance which made me wanting to grab a slice of the pizza
.
I was a tad disappointed after trying the first slice
.
Though the toppings were huge and the laksa sauce was the star of the dish, I would prefer the toppings will taste better if they were slathered in the laksa sauce right after baking. Cos tastewise, the tau pok was the only topping that absorbed the laksa sauce
.
But still kudos to pioneer Pizza Express for creating this laksa pizza
