Jewel Changi

Always a Long queue but I managed to get myself one of this delicious Swiss roll. Soft, fluffy and full of green coconut jam. This kaya Swiss roll is so good! Have a great weekend everyone!

Hailing from Norway, Norwegian salmon chain store Pink Fish sets ashore and opened their first stall outside of their home country in Jewel Changi. My American Hawaiian Poke bowl comes with delicious and fresh salmon cubes and chili marinated Crispy Greens layered up with a satisfying serving of rice. Aside from Poke bowls, they also have burgers, salads, soups, and wraps.

There's a reversal with Matcha paste piped around chestnut paste instead. Not too sweet with the matcha balancing everything out.
BTW JW360° is a one-stop japan concept stall with a cafe, restaurant, and retail all in one.

coz it's one of their newest toppings! That satisfying golden color sure makes me salivates.
Not only that, but we also tried the grasshopper pie ice cream and it had us licking til ice cream~ 🤫
I have never heard of such flavor and it is actually a sweet, mint-flavored with Crème De Menthe Liqueur infused and is loaded with Oreos and chocolate flakes. So refreshing! Who wants more?! This was all supported by the Marshmallow Fruity Pebbles cone! 🍦
This is also their first store in Singapore! Here's hoping they HUAT here and open more stores here. Check out other interesting flavors(a total of 33?!) and cones while you're at @jewelchangiairport

I would definitely suggest getting their aromatic thyme cones with flavours such as Seasalt Houjicha, White Chrysanthemum, Earl Grey Lemongrass, Lychee Raspberry and Basil.

Ben's Burger- A version of a classic burger, this sandwich is a mix of mackerel fish patty, fluffy charcoal buns, tomatoes, purple cabbages, caramelised onion and sunny side up. The crunchy exterior of the breaded fish patty encased tender meat. YUMS! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Reuben Roll- Chunks of otah and prawn, anchovy crumbs and coleslaws, all housed within a buttery grilled brioche roll. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
TAH-co- Putting a local spin on this classic Mexican dish. The usual guacamole, salsa, corn and purple cabbage wrapped in a crispy tortilla but with breaded mackerel fish. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
O'TAH fries- Hand-cut hunks of mackerel fish otah fries accompanied with shoestring potato fries. Comes with lime and herb mayonnaise for that indulgent DIP.
