These otahs are pretty hot & spicy but my favourite is the cream cheese otah as every mouthful of otah meat is so cheesy!

Ben's Burger- A version of a classic burger, this sandwich is a mix of mackerel fish patty, fluffy charcoal buns, tomatoes, purple cabbages, caramelised onion and sunny side up. The crunchy exterior of the breaded fish patty encased tender meat. YUMS! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Reuben Roll- Chunks of otah and prawn, anchovy crumbs and coleslaws, all housed within a buttery grilled brioche roll. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
TAH-co- Putting a local spin on this classic Mexican dish. The usual guacamole, salsa, corn and purple cabbage wrapped in a crispy tortilla but with breaded mackerel fish. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
O'TAH fries- Hand-cut hunks of mackerel fish otah fries accompanied with shoestring potato fries. Comes with lime and herb mayonnaise for that indulgent DIP.
