Still thinking about savoury ice creams now even after I had a couple of really good ones the past year. Itās not something you see everyday, so once you happen to chance upon it, be it Bacon, Foie Gras or even Truffle ice cream get a little adventurous and try them. š¤¤
I know now Apiary @apiary.sg are still offering their āBlue Milkā which consists of blue pea flowers infused in milk for the blue hue and a pinch of pink Himalayan Salt. This is a good start for those who arenāt too adventurous. š

ACAMASEATS & GTKš®: Japan produces the most dessert strawberries in the world and Tochigi Prefecture is one of many Prefectures in Japan that does it well however, theyāre one of the best in the business.
The strawberries have a sweet fragrance and taste which is not too overwhelming and šµS$15 for a box of gems that was handpicked and flew over all within a matter of days, itās damn worth every penny. š¤¤

Incorporating the strawberries into his cakes and pastries Chef Yamashita @chefyamashita created a Strawberry Shortcake Swiss Rolls and Choux Tart that highlights the natural sweetness of the strawberries and TBH his creations are always on point.
You can always rely on the Bartenders at Bitters & Love @bittersandlove to create a badass bespoke cocktail and what they created for the event might seem simple but the strawberries blended well together with the alcohol, a cup just isnāt enough for an alcoholic like me.š

This Banh Mi comes stuffed with shredded roast chicken, pate, mayonnaise, pickles, cucumber, shallot and cucumber. Both Banh Mis are good enough to satisfy my cravings but the pop up only lasts for a day hence, Vietnam Iām coming back for more. š

Cha Gio (šµS$6)
An addictive finger food to order while waiting for your Banh Mi to arrive, these little morsels are filled with Prawn & Pork, lettuce & fresh herbs then pan fried. The skin can be a little more crispy but I aināt complaining as the flavours of the spring roll made up for it.

Pomfret fried perfectly with crispy skin & moist flesh but the most amazing thing is the Buerre Noisette - Prawn Head Butter. Drench it with the flaky tender flesh for a mouthful of buttery goodness that gets more addictive with every bite. Lentils was braised till soft with a mushy texture, the bacon and pork sausage just make it better. š

Classic sourdough which is good on its own, better with the Burrata & exquisite when topped with the Burnt Garlic Powder & Olive Oil. This is one dish I can finish it myself, order another one for Peteās sake & Life is pretty much complete. š¤¤

By far one of the best brunch I had this year. To be honest, Iād rather dine here any day of the week rather than some ācafes that ripped peopleās money off with some mediocre brunch like eggs Benedict & sh*t ass coffeeā
This is paired with a plate of Smoked Salmon, brunch just canāt get better than this. Even @alhsx agrees, I hope. š
