The winning item is the braised chicken feet... Yes and without claws..lol.. wonderfully soft and flavourful and break off from bones easily. That's how tender. Those who enjoy this acquired dish will know and appreciate unlike those in dim sum restaurants that are still hard and chewy and you can almost feel the scaly effect...but here is melt in your mouth..
And yes I have been patronising for the last 8 years.
They open from 5.30 am and usually sold out by midday after lunch crowd.

Mee Rebus was equally good but the latter Mee Siam wins my vote!

These are from Kow Loon Hong Kong Dim Sum which is just next to Soi 19 Wanton Mee at Block 151 Ang Mo Kio Ave 5.

Our pick for guaranteed satisfaction. Go for their combo with all-in, char siew, lup cheong, crispy fried Wanton and soup Wanton. Add noodles if you want a bigger fill b'cos the the standard portion may not be enough for some. Do add the chilli flakes and fish sauce, as well as those crispy pork lard. This was already our first return, b'cos it was just Aroi Mak Mak.
It's $24.90 for a big bowl of lobster + prawns + clams and thick savoury broth complete with lobster flavor. Worth a try but be warned, queues do get long during peak hours š¦
