100g of prime beef frankfurter with roasted portobello mushroom, garlic & miso butter, ketchup, garlic aioli, melted truffle cheese and truffle oil in a toasted butter bun. I have been a big fan of the burgers at @burgersandheads but this was the first time I tried their hotdog. I was pleasantly surprised! Although I still preferred the burgers, this hotdog was nonetheless delicious enough to order again in future.

Finally got to try it again. Although we still preferred the Fun Boy Three, this came quite close. It may sound strange but the caramelised watermelon was a very interesting complement to the Hereford Angus beef patty. I did feel that the slice of watermelon could be slightly thinner. Nevertheless still very yummy!

This was really really good. Deep fried chicken with subtle hints of coconut from the coconut infused bun to the coconut mayo.

I was already loving the burger when I tasted yummy deep fried bits (onions and veg) doused in a zesty sauce of chilli, lime and fish sauce. Gave the burger an amazing zing! Totally loved it.

It tasted like nasi lemak in a burger. Crunchy chicken patty and fried egg with sweet yet spicy sambal sauce, caramelised onions and slices of cucumber. Very creative and totally yummy!

A Singapore birthday special for $5.20. The bun was made of chicken rice and instead of a burger patty, it was stuffed with strips of chicken. Slightly on the dry side but tasty nonetheless.

Get there early as there is perpetually a long queue. We arrived a little after 12pm on National Day and had to queue for half an hour before we could order and it was another half an hour of waiting before our food was ready! The teriyaki chicken burger was already sold out by the time it was our turn to order 😭.

After queuing for so long, we ordered every available burger 😂 - double classic beef burger, hickory smoked beef brisket burger, Seoul fried chicken burger and ebi prawn burger.

We ordered chicken wings as well. As you can see, we were determined to make sure that our long wait was worth the while. We had both the non spicy honey soy and the spicy Korean style. I preferred the latter as it had more 'oomph'.

While we love the burgers here (especially the Fun Boy Three), my husband and daughter's favourite dish is actually the Burning Rice, which I would describe as a burger in fried rice (rather than buns) with gochujang sauce 😂.

Naturally the next burger we wanted to try was the Burning Man. 120g of aged Hereford Angus beef patty with applewood smoked cheddar, roasted jalapeno relish, hot ketchup and dashi mayo in a wholemeal bun.

Although I still prefer the Burning Rice, the Burning Man was still a burger worth having if you like it spicy.
