This Orecchiette with Pork Sausage and Saffron sauce ($18) was light on the palate considering it's a cream-based pasta. The kitchen are run by Italian chefs and some of the service crews are Italians too. 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹

Beside antipasti such as carpaccio, cheese platter, fresh oysters, you can also enjoy grilled selections such as beef striploin, lamb rack and one of my favorite featured here: Grilled Sardinian Octopus. It was tender and gave off a lovely, charred aroma.
