ACAMASEATS💮: Is this the best Bánh Mì in town? Maybe, maybe not. That’s if @parkbenchdeli & @lepetitsaigonhk does Viet again and make a comeback of their rendition of Bánh Mìs and Chã Giò (minced pork sausage rolls) which was phenomenal, almost just almost changed my life and instantly took me back to Vietnam. .

And that’s what good food and chefs should aspire to do, trigger one’s profound memories through food.
Freshly baked warm baguette that has a crisp and crackly crust with pickled carrots, daikon radish, cucumber and fresh cilantro. I implore you to add the pâté to complete the entire Bánh Mì experience. Their homemade fish sauce and chili is a must, although the Bánh Mì itself is satisfyingly juicy enough.

All those gorgeous ingredients stuffed into the Hoagie Roll (which are hollowed out for more fillings). Basically a Philly CheeseSteak, the thinly sliced Beef was really Generous and Juicy too, so Juicy that frankly, you'll end up getting your hands dirty but Trust me it's damn well worth it (& a ton of tissues which luckily it's provided) .

ACAMASTIPS💮: Get 1 of any Savoury Sandwiches (but I'd Recommend the CheeseSteak Obviously) & their Signature PB&J as Dessert, Sandwiches are cut into half therefore it will be wise to come with a Partner to share.

It’s been awhile since I had what I proclaimed to be one of the best, if not the best sandwich shack in town and thank god they’ve kept their standards. Believe me when I said all their sandwiches are worth a try as I have completed the entire menu and it’s worth every damn calorie. .

PS; I believe that, as a self respecting lover of food, I should be able to walk into any restaurant and order my hamburger – the most American of foods – medium fucking rare. I don’t believe my hamburger should have to come with a warning to cook it well done to kill off any potential contaminants or bacteria. … I believe I should be able to treat my hamburger like food, not like infectious fucking medical waste. I believe the words “meat” and "treated with ammonia" should never occur in the same paragraph – much less the same sentence. Period.

Synonymous for their signature Sourdough Toast with various toppings, but if you happen to chance upon their daily specials like the grilled cheese sandwich I had, it’d be a sin to pass it.
Cheese is one of those things that's always magic to me because not all organisms when left to rot/ferment, comes out even better. Like all things I love that are dying or better when aged be it songs, wine, charcuterie, beef, cheese and etc 🔖

ACAMASEATS & GTK💮: The Pastry is Soft & chewy on the inside, crispy on the outside. Bits of melted chocolate chips are swirled within the layers of buttery pastry, the base is a tad oily but overall it’s pretty darn satisfying. Pair it with their Kopi Susu. 🤤

Limited to 15 - 30 pieces daily, so head down early if you want to try their Signature Pastry. Named after the Cantonese name Ma Jie (traditional domestic helpers) paying homage to them and the place. 🔖

They serve more than superb Sourdoughs, come for their Pizza Nights. Pizza is on Sunday nights (5pm to 9pm or till the dough runs out) where they make naturally leavened pizza Neopolitan style.
