It is a traditional coffee of Singapore. It was a strong hot black coffee. I love coffee but with this one I cannot handle the bitterness. I tried to add I think 3 tsp. of sugar and still not my type but I can tolerate the taste already lol. Next time I will try Kopi C black coffee with evaporated milk and I think this is the right coffee for me 😊

Sweet treat from Singapore their Pineapple tarts 🍍. I have a sweet tooth so this dessert is a big ✔. I like this because not to sweet and not to sour. This is so cute 🌻🌻🌻

When I heard my friend to try a food name Bo Bo Cha Cha the first thing came into my mind is the japanese animated series I watch when I was young 😆, until a saw it in Paya Lebar. Another dessert Singapore has to offer.
It looks like Chendol but different ingredients. The color invites you to try and made me more to order this out of my curiosity. It consist of yam, sweet potato, sago and coconut milk. It has a fragrance of pandan and I like it. 👍

One of my favourite type of noodle my mom always cooked when ever I requested from her. Han's singapore bee hoon was so dry and don't have ingredients suppose it should have aside from tons of shredded cabbage. I had difficulty of swallowing it because of its dryness. The good side is bee hoon still taste good eventhough it's bad texture.

A very known traditional dessert in Singapore which I love because it reminds me of Halo-Halo. Presentation wise it was colorful and appetizing. I love😋 the sweet milky taste and the gooeyness of red bean in this dessert.

Prata looks like a pancake but it taste like a salt bread which is a bit crispy in the outside and soft in the inside. It comes with sambar curry which really compliments well with prata.

Even if I have allergy to shrimp/prawn I still need to continue my own way of desentisizing to overcome this allergy. So here I am trying to be more adventurous 😆. Hokkien Mee made of egg noodle and rice noodle with egg, slices of pork, prawn, squid and some mixed vegetables. For additional flavour you can have sambal sauce and lime. Hola's Hokkien Mee was suggested to me by my colleague and she said that this is the best Hokkien Mee in Simei. I decided to try regardless of an impending doom that may happen to me hahaha...
First thing, the serving was nice and i think it is already good for 2-3 person. The smell was pleasantly good. About the taste, the stock from the prawn and pork attributed the taste to the noodle and make it savory.

This is one of my favourite food in Singapore. I always tell that I love salty and sweet food, so for my salty and spicy cravings is Char Kway Teow. Kopitiam's kway teow is just okay but I think some of the ingredients were lacking like prawns, sausage and chives.
I'm still in search for the best Char Kway Teow in town, so if happen you have any suggestion/recommendations just let me know! 👍

This is my first time to try Popiah and it is only made upon ordering to keep it really fresh. I love the bean and peanuty flavour which I always look for. It also add crunch for the texture aside from full fillings of turnips, jicama, lettuce, carrots, bean sprout, thinly slice tofu and shredded omellete. Adding some kick of spice like make Popiah more tasty so just tell the auntie/uncle who is preparing for you.
Rasapura's Popiah was a bit dry, I don't know if this is really like this since it was my first time. I suggest that they create a sweet peanut sauce for dipping and I think that would be a great idea 😉.

S$17.60
They served variety of stuffed tou fu in a big green platter. You cannot choose what to put in your plate because they have standard ingredients together with a soup. If you want to add some ingredients it will cost S$.70/piece and you can also removed some items too. They also served Sour Plum drink S$1.80 or can order rice if you want.
What I like about this specialty was the sweet and spicy sauces because without this sauces the food was too bland.

They sell variety of traditional teochew kuehs. We ordered Png Kueh (Rice), it has full of ingredients with a glutinous rice, dried shrimp, peanuts, mushrooms and some meats. To add more flavour, they have this sweet soy sauce that is really taste good. One of my best 👍 "merienda" treat for my tummy 😋.
