📍after you. siam paragon.
EVERY. BAHT.
travelled far and stood in queue to try mille crepe cakes from @nadejecakeshop, to realise that there is actually an outlet next to our hotel...... 😒
.
anyway, try the royal milk tea 😍 and malacca flavours, but do NOT order the matcha one. all I tasted was azuki beans and matcha was barely detectable.. and this is what you call a waste of money 🙄
so interesting to eat satay in the lok lok way but you don't want to stay in here for too long because (1) the place is so hot and it doesn't help that the stove heats up the metallic table and (2) you can't eat too much of this cos very jelat 😌
Precious bowl of good stuff! My only complain is that the soup is probably full of MSG because eating this got me very thirsty, but it's still good!
Very normal and you can actually just strike Capital Cafe off your list of must try cafes.
Who knew instant noodles with cheese and pork neck could taste so good! Not any type of cheese can work on instant noodles (eg nachos cheese is just bad) but this is just........ perfect 😍
You should definitely try this if you like hojicha! The flavour was really strong and I wished I was here on a Wednesday instead because it's the only day of the week hojicha soft serve is available in here.
Night Wolf: Italian gelato twisted with dark chocolate, served with passion fruit panna cotta, caramelised banana, and brownies at the bottom, and topped with chocolate chip egglets! I like the novelty but it was a tad too heavy for me. If you aren't too hungry then it's definitely good for sharing.
I was recommended to try this while I was at Hong Kong, but I don't get the whole thing. The black truffle wasn't strong enough to make any difference and the scrambled eggs were good but nothing exceptional. It just didn't work for me and I think you can skip this too.
Via Tokyo sells mainly green tea soft serve and it comes in a variety of toppings. The matcha flavour of this soft serve was really intense, and this makes it a must try for green tea lovers! I also tried their hojicha tea latte and I loved it too! The flavour was also very strong, which goes to show that Via Tokyo doesn't scrimp on the ingredients they put in. If hojicha is your thing then make sure you visit them on Wednesdays because it's the only day of the week hojicha soft serve is available!
