The restaurant served only one dish and they did it right! Not only they used spices in their recipe, the owner perfect it by the additional Chinese herb

The curry sauce had no trace of fishy smell and it was so smooth that it could be drank like a soup. I loved to dip the fried bean curd skin into the sauce - savory comfort food!!! 😍😍😍

Sadly, the one I tried was rather oily but because so many of my friends recommended me. I will be giving it a second try

Kam Long Restaurant 金龙咖喱鱼头

Non Halal - No Pork, No Lard
They served seriously good braised pork and the "dark" meat. We ordered almost their entire menu and it costed us less than 100RM. No trace of the porky smell but the entire shop was filled with the aromatic braising liquid.
Just by watching the pork slowly simmering in the braising liquid got me so excited. No time to take picture. Take one shoot and Eat more.

They actually used real meat to cook it. Unlike the ones in SG, the meat had bones.
Next time must re-visit this place and tasted all their bao.

Many recommended to try their mutton rendang but personally I felt that chicken rendang was a much harder dish. The chicken was so well seasoned that we finished in seconds. Their slow cooked squid (must order) was more than lovely, one of the best I tried. .

Order a cup of old school kopi by Qin Garden Kopitiam. Two soft boiled free range eggs! This was what I called a hearty breakfast! .

The joy of holding a freshly baked bun and the warm of the bun warm through my heart. It had been a long time since I am excited to taste something. .

The instant I took a bite, the burst of sweetness from coconut shredding. After one bite, the texture of the bun didn't collapsed and remained a slight chewiness.

Every Thursday they have their special butter cake and don't forget to try their banana cake! Pretty good too. .
