Soft tender lamb chunks topped with crispy bacon bits and melted cheese. This warm skillet of comfort is legit. High in protein from 3 sous vide eggs and complex carbs from sweet potato cubes for the bodybuilder. Speaking of gains.
Highly recommended! Best to mix it all up a lil together with the miso marinated asparagus and edamame. Boosts up the overall flavour tremendously. Pickled cucumbers adds zesty kick and crunch. Not forgetting the oozy goodness from the onsen egg that wraps up the entire ninja bowl experience. Haha.
Where are my semi-dried tomatoes? 😢
Nevertheless I have to commend the silky scrambled sublimity, and once again the super tender beef cheek; though the toast was in an unfortunate stale and weary state.
The usually wriggly eel completely lays limp in sweet, luscious surrender here, whilst elsewhere the various crunchy elements each bring something different to the table - the beets bring a veggie wetness, the pumpkins a hearty starchiness and the beansprouts a peasantly basic chewiness. 4/5
How appropriately-named. These tempura-ed cauliflower florets were all too easy to pop into my mouth. I like that alone, they were clean-tasting and surprisingly non-oily. But if you are after more flavour, just dip them in the accompanying sriracha-laced mayo.
A beautiful sloppy mess. The 24-hour braised beef cheek is shamelessly tender; its gravy rendering the the two pieces of toast beneath into yummy soggy-ness. I can't imagine a better accomplice than the scrambled-with-mushroom eggs.
Luscious golden mantou fried leaving a clean crisp texture on your palette. Enclosed with fresh chunky crab meat brimming with piquantly hot Chilli crab sauce that intermittently kicks in and spice up your palette beautifully. You'll be deeply immersed and addicted to their Chilli crab sauce!
Unseen would be the addition of sago balls and creme friache pudding which the whole thing went really well together!
It was my first time trying something like that! Fried pound cake generously rolled in cinnamon sugar 👍🏼. You may choose to dip your churros in chocolate or vanilla sauce. I favoured the vanilla!
Even though the force was strong in alluring me towards ordering their cold brew or flat white, I did not cave in to the temptation and insisted on my healthy beverage. Fortunately, it turned out well as the Chia Seed Pomegranate was easy to drink, not too sweet and the chia seeds definitely filled my stomach, which made me stay away from snacks the entire evening.
A mix of sous vide eggs, roasted lamb stew and sweet potato topped with crispy bacon.
