Yummy 3-course set lunch at Monti Singapore, coupled with warmed, thoughtful service, and a fantastic waterfront view to match. Thanks @coffeeandcravings for the recommendation! Don’t miss their incredible 1-for-1 anniversary promotion at S$48++ 🎉

These were just soooo cute, I couldn't not take a picture of them 😍 Adorable, mini cinnamon rolls right at the entrance of the deli.
Good ambience, friendly staff (though do expect some teething awkwardness with a couple of them for now), matched with reasonable pricing and well-executed dishes (perfect consistency for that Salmon Confit Risotto!). Certainly a new Italian deli worth visiting - will try their design-your-own salads and sarnie (sandwiches) next time.
Cool, open space facing Marina Square. Friendly manager and staff, reasonably priced menu, somewhat petite servings, tasty food. Will be back to try more items.
So many new eateries around our office, happy to try new things every chance we get to. Finally tried Bottura today, pretty disappointing I'd have to say. Food was alright, service though was consistently bleh. Three different staff served us through off-peak hour lunch, and all provided unimpressive service. We ordered the set lunch and asked what the Dessert of the Day was, the answer, "I don't know, erh.. they will just whip up whatever and serve it to you." And he wasn't even joking. Asked him to check for us, and he never did. 😕 And even though there were two of us, they served only ONE pana cotta after our main course (duh!).. when notified, the other staff said she'll check and never did return with anything. Double duh. Been there, done that. Wouldn't recommend this place 😐
New Italian restaurant at the reopened wing @ Suntec City Mall, surprises round the corners every now and then. This looks pretty and inviting, can't wait to check it out soon with colleagues when our schedules allow! Look at that fridge of ice-cream bars!! 🇮🇹🍝🍛🍡🍦
This area is still a little semi-sleepy, but looking better now with the recent revamp of stores and eateries on the ground level.
Interesting flavours, slightly acidic, creamy, with slight smokiness from the charred garlic slices. Gets a bit "jelak" for one person, suggest to split half of this with a friend, and try half of another main dish.
Pasta is done a little al dante, creamy yet not too soggy. The crispy ham is very salty, can't take the whole load at one go. We topped up S$1.90 for some truffle toppings, looks good but not much kick, I'd suggest skip the topping and just order a side of truffle fries anyway.
THIS is a must-have, certainly the highlight of the entire meal :)) Crispy toasty fries paired with the intoxicating aroma of truffles, served with a side dip of salted truffle butter. Worth every calorie! Promo price of S$6.20 in the month of April 2014 (U.P.: S$6.90).
Restaurant Week Lunch #2: Dessert - great textures, balanced tastes, perfect ending to a beautiful and value-for-money 3-course meal, complete with coffee/tea. Very satisfying.
