Steaming such a small fish to perfection is always not easy. Yet the chef in Yan constantly do it. Really delectable.
Oysters like hama hama, blue pool, eld inlet and fat bastard during happy hours are only $3 each. Really value for money. All oysters are really sweet and creamy. Yummy yummy yum yum.
My first white pepper crab and I just love it. Much better than black pepper crabs. It's the cooking that makes the difference I guess. It's not dry but creamy and the leek balances the crab well. The
brown crab from New Zealand is fresh and sweet and its shell is not too hard to crack open. Really yummy yummy yum yum yum.

Very sweet and tender. Naked Finn always has very top quality seafood and this is just another fine dish they serve.
