Homecooked pasta for lunch!!! .... Ok, ok, so I cheated. I used pre-seasoned pasta from Cucina Gaia (cook for 3min in boiling water) and ready-made Bourdain sauce from Pasta J (microwave for 1min).
Chocolate ice cream wrapped in dough and deep-fried to a golden-brown crisp. Love the contrast of the hot, light crust against the icy, frozen filling.
