The sandwiches are delicious. In TW is known as scallion pancake which is very popular. The skin of sandwich is very similar to our roti prata here. Is crispy and very satisfying. They were many sauces to pick to add to the sandwich. Brought 2 flavours to try. The Peking Duck sandwich and Liang sandwich.
The peking duck meat is succulent, tender and juicy. The sauce also brings out the flavour of the meat. The added lettuce and cucumber are the perfect compliment and add dimension. It's refreshing while adding the extra crunch. The liang sandwich has plenty of vegetables and the chicken was savoury, flavorful and tender. The special sauce compliments the entire sandwich. Overall both sandwiches are crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Recommend the peking duck if you only have stomach for 1.

Pretty worth it tbh ok this tastes like a mc spicy (without the spice) w creamy nacho cheese. Stuffed w fresh crisp lettuce n then wrapped in a warm spring onion pancake it’s comfort food lah a good lil snack if ur walking ard Raffles Cuty n hungry (but not hungry enough for a full meal)

I love scallion pancakes and this was crispy and fluffy. There was however too much sauce in its Liang’s Chicken Sandwich which overpowered the taste and made the whole thing salty. Also it was difficult to eat without everything falling apart. Portion was filling.

The thickness of the scallion pancakes is just right but it can be less flimpsy and soft, and more crispy.

Cheesy Chicken Cutlet is salty and can be quite difficult to finish.

Overall, it is still an enjoyable dish.

I love 葱油饼, which is like a fluffier version of our prata! So I was really excited to try this combination of my favourite ingredients. It was quite substantial, as there's also lettuce. A bit hard to eat without the ingredients falling out, but overall it's crisp and fluffy at the same time and I'll definitely eat this again!

The egg and cheese sandwich ($3.50) was pretty good but I thought that the egg and cheese portions were too small for this price. The texture of the 葱油饼 was similar to what I had in Taiwan but it was less fragrant than what I had.
