The soup is still as good as ever. Quite rounded and some beef umami

Tender and decently well flavoured. A tad stringy

Now there's a thick sweet sauce instead of just soy sauce. But still ok

The wantons were pretty good actl, ample filling that's slightly sticky and soft enough but not mushy.

However the sauce mix was weak, a lot of numbness, not enough heat, no chili aroma and not sour enough

Not for ppl looking for authenticity

Noodles by itself were good, thin and great bite.

But very very bland, it's terrible

These were pretty good, nice crunch chunky slices and the marinade was addictive without being overbearing
