I tried this special dish but it wasn't quite the 剁椒鱼头 style I expected. Too sour. Probably won't order this again. But the signature trio dish is still quite good.

Decided to opt for a dry noodle because of the hot weather and this bowl of noodles met the expectations of my hungry belly. I’ve been a fan of LeNu (and Le Shrimp by extension) for a long time and this was my first time I’ve tried the La Mian in Chilli Vinaigrette. It has a little bit of a Sze Chuan Ma La taste without being too overwhelmingly spicy, which makes for a really yummy bowl of noodles.

Large portion of long, thin, and silky noodles that had a pleasing chewy and slurpy texture, in a bowl of appetising luscious blended spice-shrimp broth. Comes with tasty handmade ebiko prawn paste that give a slight crunchiness on a smooth and tender shrimp paste; big, fresh and bouncey prawn, and succulent prawn dumpling with slippery skin, all sitting on top of the noodles. Loads of cabbage can be found in the broth too.
Lazy people like us are so glad that they provide de-shelling service for the prawn(Got to request for it).🥳

Complete your meal with every order of noodle(+$3.60) and save up on that ala-carte pricing. A good deal to have for an appetiser and a drink.

Braised Beancurd in Tonkotsu Broth(Warm)($3.50)
Firm & bouncey texture. Is like eating meat thanks to the meaty broth.很开胃。
-
Chilled Silken Tofu with Century Egg($3.50)
Soft, silky and melt in the mouth texture. Quite chilled. Century egg is firm. Drizzled in some savoury sauce. It's okay.
-
Long Jing Tea Lava Egg($2)
Normal. Can't really taste that tea note and doesn't seem lava enough. Meh.
