KINS Restaurant

The owners at Kins are 3 brothers who share the love for food and kinship . They want to make Kins a place where friends and family dine together :)

Seems to be quite a potential dish, but was lacked luster in terms of taste. I guess it could do with more chilli, garlic and peppers. But then again, everyone said I was asking for an aglio olio hahaha!

The unanimous favourite at the table that night for its tender soft fillet and golden potato-ey thick cut fries. Served alongside with some malt vinegar and tar tar sauce, the well thought-through sauces helped to cut through the oil and batter, bringing out the flavour of the dory. Pro-tip: go easy on the malt vinegar, a little would be just enough. KINS Restaurant is located at Jalan Klapa, nearest train station being Lavendar MRT.

Food here was a homely affair, slightly up a notch with careful plating, fusion food and a little finer than your usual casual dining. People who know me would know that I don't take tuna. I gave this a chance, on the account of its pretty looks, and I really tried liking it. But I guess, so far, there is still no one tuna dish that has changed my mind about the fish. This meal is hosted by KINS.
