i thought it was q meh at the start but it slowly grew on me and tasted rly good by the end! v creamy and had a fragrant earl grey flavour with some saltiness
this was so cute!! and from the cross section you already know it tastes good 😮💨 the matcha was v rich and all the layers went so well together, both in texture and in flavour. def would order again!
The top layer consists of sea salt butterfly pea mousse and butterfly pea whipped ganache while the bottom layer consist of lightly-flavoured earl grey cheesecake, with an earl grey shortbread cookie base

Very soft Ondeh Swiss roll and the Gula Melaka hits the right spot. Not too sweet.
Cactus is a bit hard on the base shell. It is a miss for me as the base is dry and bitter. The 'Cactus' filled with Macha and cream, is average.
