A light coconut cream based liquid with shredded jelly and bits of crunchy jelly.

I don't think this was as good as the hargow. Still very good tho, I think I was simply surprised the previous time and thus so impressed

Normally the skin is damn dry, but the ones here don't have that problem. Soft and just thin enough
Filling was utterly delicious as well. So full and with intense flavours, as well as a generous portion of char siew

The pastry was fluffy and layered and crumbly, but not very crunchy. Filling was decent

Good execution, no surprises. Very expensive for the size

Their signature. It's brushed w teriyaki sauce and there's a little bit of smokiness from the pan frying. On top of that, this is probably the siew mai with the most generous and biggest chunks of prawn I've had. Very reasonably priced for this quality

The combination of factors made for delightful packages and the best innovative siew Mai I've ever had
