While I thought that I had tried every type of food been offered in Singapore, my dad introduced this to me. .

Kacang pool was like Mexician braised black bean stew but a Malay version. They stewed the peanut into a stew then topped with shallot, green chili and fried egg. .

Mixed it well and squeezed of lime was the key to this dish. I found the dish a little monotonous. If you want to try something new, this will be the dish!
