Contrary to the noodles served with pork chop, I thought the special soy sauce for this noodles was seasoned just right for me. Well of course everything would taste better with some chilli but oh wells😅 Beef brisket was tender and the pork dumplings was not bad. I thought the filling of the pork dumplings tasted pretty similar to that of xlb. Sooo I enjoyed my noodles and would definitiely order it again:)

Though there was the delivery time after being cooked, the noodles was not soggy, just that it was a bit dry and bland for my liking. Surprisingly the pork chop was seasoned well, not soggy and actually tasted similar to that of DTF! YAY to finding an alternative to DTF pork chop:) Shall try the fried egg with prawns next time!

It's, eh... the texture is right, the meat generous, but the flavour just is underpowered. A good spurt of black vinegar and a dollop of Chilli oil just about makes up for it.
