Been here at least 5 times and although price has increased, this time, they have crayfish. They removed some stuff from their menu which I think is fine.
Prices on the high side but the quality of meat is great! The plating is π―!

Jianghu Hotpot remains the top spot of my hotpot list after so long. Just hit straight for the Elite Buffet and you won't regret it! Recommend the ι Έθι±Ό and ηͺθ soup broths!
This is my 3rd visit here and this time brought 2 of my other friends. As usual, the food doesn't disappoint me and the food served is faster compared to my 2nd visit probably due to the timing of 2pm when we dine in and it has been a month from Circuit Breaker so lesser crowd.
It is the 2nd day of Phase 2 and time to satisfy my craving for hotpot buffet. To start the finally opening of able to dine in, I decide to spend a bit and my friend and I decided on Jianghu Hotpot which has good quality meat and the εΊ·εΈε available free flow. Due to the given implementation of no self-service buffet, everything was ordered via menu and delivered to our table.
This is my second time here and not able to see the food and pick yourself is really a different experience. However, I'm really glad they are opened. However, as it is no long self-service, staff is much busier and lots of thing that I order didn't came and had to ask them for it and order again from the menu. I was a bit disappointed but the quality of food isn't affected so I'm glad for that. Spend a total of $42.80 ($37.80 from Chope Voucher and additional $5 for weekend whole day charges) which seems expensive for a hotpot buffet but it is totally worth it.
For someone living in the west, it is rare for me to go to the east to try food. However, my friend introduced me to this Jianghu Hotpot which he said the quality is damn nice. I decided to give it s try.
They have 2 type of buffet; Royal & Elite buffet. Just go for the Elite buffet as it offered better ingredients and the Royal buffet ingredients is very minimal with no meat slices at all.
For the Elite buffet, they offered premium meat such as rabbit meat, black pork, waygu beef & pomfret. You would not get all these ingredients elsewhere in a normal hotpot buffet at a acceptable price. They even offered those China bottled drink free flow.
Do give it a try and you wouldn't regret it. Do use eatigo & chope deal to get the Elite buffet at $37.80 (+$5 direct to merchant if on weekend & Mon-Fri from 4.30pm onwards. If on public holiday, chope voucher cannot be used while eatigo can).
