- Uncertain about the hygiene and the service
Informed the staff that the plate served was dirty and requested for a new plate, there was remnants not washed properly, but staff says it's not dirty, just a hole?? and never came back with a plate. Poor service. Regret signing up and paying for the membership. Staff should not throw their unhappiness to work at customers.

- Disappointed with the food
Ordered the divine chicken pot recommended on display, but the chicken had gamey taste, and the entire dish is super salty we rather waste the $18 than eat it, would not recommend it.

Filled with lots of lala in hotplate and you would be surprised with the chef’s special broth here.

It really heat up your taste bud as you have it.

Blend of Chinese style of steamed fish with Thai sauce, get ready for some tingling sensation on your taste buds.

Jiak served the 1st kind of squid ink beehoon in Singapore. Comes with generous amount of seafoods on hotplate such as lala, prawn and squid.

Even though it was served with soup, but it will get absorbed pretty fast as you mixed them.

Want to have Zichar food in the comfort of an aircon environment? I only know of this one Jiak and West Coz Cafe. Both sport very similar menus. Ordered fish head curry, hot plate tofu, egg omelette, sweet and sour pork and chilli Kang Kong. All dishes were of an acceptable standard.

πŸ’΅: $12

πŸ€”: Call us basic but we always get kang kong or sweet potato leaves when we have tze char and the one sees a wetter rendition of it, different but just as good!
