Italiannies (The Gardens)

Italiannies will always be my favorite chain Italian restaurant and this time they whipped up a meal only fitting for the mobsters! Priced at RM 149.90 or free if you managed to find the don on your platter and share it on their fb page, this meal feeds up to 4 people! A total of 10 dishes from seafood to poultry which is quite worth the price. My favourite of the platter was the aglio olio spaghetti but my least favourite was the salmon.

Ideal portion for 3-4 persons which consists of roasted chicken, grilled salmon, cheese balls, aglio olio, lamb oregano, marinara meatballs (chicken/beef), shrimp skewers, potatoes and mixed salad.
Why platter? Because You get to try everything!

A simple yet delicious pasta. Great for a light meal.
Comes in 3 sizes. I had the smallest (piccolo) which is like a normal portion for most of the restaurants I go to. Imagine how regular and large will be like.
Food: 7/10 Price: 8/10 (RM 19.90)

Regular size (Half chicken). Enough for sharing for two person. Chicken was roasted to perfection. Very tender and nicely seasoned. I like how they stewed the veggies and jalapeños in wine sauce until it's all soft and tasty.
Food: 8/10 Price: 7/10 (RM 40.90 for a delicious half chicken is not that bad!) Tbh, I wanted a salad but I didn't want to pay RM 30++ for a bed of raw greens and few chunks of seafood or chicken and dressing. I'd rather pay for something more worthy like this chicken and the pasta. And also, I had RM 30 rebate for my birthday month as a "Pinch of Salt" member card holder! Hehehe

NY Strawberry Cheesecake: it's hard to find a decent piece of cheesecake nowadays but oh god, this cheesecake tastes like melted chocolate. Sorry, I think I hard-sell Italiannies tonight. #vscocam
