Grilled Chicken chop (RM16.95)
"Ordered their Grilled Chicken Chop with Mushroom Sauce.
Their wedges is seasoned with chicken powder to enhance the flavor. The coleslaw is alright. The Chicken is tender and the mushroom sauce is very unique.
The chicken can be either fried or grilled and the sauce can choose between mushroom and black pepper sauce. I would recommend mushroom as it is unique and grilled instead of fried as sauce of fried chicken can turned the chicken to be soggy. Alternatively, can ask for the sauce to be put separately.
Do note they served peanuts at the start which I believed have additional charge. They would asked if you want the peanut after they take your order"

To me it was not spectacular at all. Taste wise it was fine, and it was decently crispy and tender. But the price (RM$16/RM$18 with egg) is slightly steeper than other JB top eats.
Better than my first time here. Made more sense that it's so famous. Batter is really crumbly. Quite shiok but still not spectacular.
Very happy that it's real watermelon. Slightly suspicious there's syrup added.

Came here after learning about this cafe on multiple “JB Must Eat” list. Felt it was a little overrated tbh. No doubt the chicken was juicy but felt a little lacklustre. The wedges weren’t crispy and there was nothing special about the coleslaw. Worth a try I guess!
