Ordered the Bonito Flakes Ramen ($18.90)
Soup is strong in flavour which I like. Only downside is if they provide more ingredients for the basic ramen
Ippudo’s seasonal menu with scallop, shrimp, crab flakes, kelp, red onion, broccoli, cabbage, white leek, ikura , black tobiko in tonkotsu broth. It’s lighter fare compared to their usual ramen offerings. Personally, I felt there was a slight rawness to the vegetables and the roe was almost imperceptible.
Quick bite before my appointment, food was served in 20 mins from placing order. Ordered the bonito tonkatsu ramen. Consistent standards. Like that you could choose doneness of your noodles.
Good ramen, rich soup.
Was quite surprised they have lunch set which was price worthy. Set comes along with tea and side dish.
The original “Tonkotsu” (pork) broth with served with thin and straight noodles, pork chashu, and spring onions.
