An interesting cocktail (S$18.00 during Happy Hour, S$25.00 otherwise) by Introbar. This is basically a concoction of vodka, "the king's ginger", frangelico and ginger cordial and ginger beer, so there's a ginger finish to the cocktail that is not too overpowering. The gingerbread man cookie is better for munching than for soaking.
