This was brilliant. They're the first stall I see that undercooks the innards for takeaway and separates the boiling soup for you to finish the innards in. They're all perfectly cooked once you dunk it into the hot soup for awhile
This was delicious, it's not too strong but it's very well braised, a mix of sweet and savoury with faint pleasant herbal notes.
I like this better than their bkt actl, worth a try for the uniqueness if you're in the area
