This delicacy is not complete without the thick and heavy flavoured dipping sauce! 😙
Don't shun away from the rather raw-looking and red beef slices. These tender slices of beef became warm pinkish after settling in the hot soup. We have to mention how light and clean the broth was yet still savory enough to complement the al dente pho. 😋
